About us
The hospitality-specialist IT partner — not generic IT that also does hotels.
Pacific Infotech Group Ltd — 20+ years of hospitality technology experience across hotels, resorts, new builds, co-living and serviced apartments throughout the UK and EU.
Who we are
Hospitality IT — built for how hotels actually operate.
Pacific Infotech Group Ltd is a hospitality-specialist IT company delivering infrastructure, managed support, cyber security, cloud, disaster recovery and strategic consultancy to hotels, resorts, serviced apartments and co-living developments across the UK and EU.
We are a sister concern of Pacific Infotech UK Ltd, carrying 20+ years of experience under the broader Pacific Infotech brand into a focused hospitality practice. That depth of operational history matters — the technology challenges in hospitality are different in ways that generic IT companies rarely understand until they have already made the expensive mistakes.
Our work spans the full property lifecycle — from architectural-stage consultancy on new builds through to 24×7 managed support on operational estates. We do not white-label delivery or subcontract core engineering. The team that designs the infrastructure is the team that supports it.

Why hospitality
Hotel IT is not office IT with a different dress code.
The technology stack is broader. Uptime expectations are higher. Operational reality is fundamentally different. Hotels run 24×7 with guests in the building, events in the conference suite, payments processing at the front desk and dozens of systems — PMS, IPTV, telephony, CCTV, Wi-Fi, cloud — all interdependent and all guest-visible when something breaks.
Generic IT companies treat hospitality as a vertical. Specialists treat it as the only vertical. The difference shows up during an incident at 2am when the property is at 90% occupancy.
The technology stack is broader, the uptime expectations are higher, and the operational reality is different in ways that matter every day.
Hotels
4–5 star, boutique, luxury and branded properties across the UK and EU.
Co-living
Purpose-built co-living and Build-to-Rent developments with MDU-grade connectivity requirements.
Serviced apartments
Operators managing individual units through to large-scale serviced apartment portfolios.
New builds
Developers, architects and operators planning hospitality-led projects from RIBA stage onwards.
What we do
End-to-end hospitality technology — from the network up.
Six service areas, one engineering team, one relationship. No white-labelling, no subcontracted delivery for core work.
Infrastructure & connectivity →
Structured cabling, core switching, VLAN architecture, high-density Wi-Fi, IPTV, VoIP and the physical layer that everything else depends on.
Managed IT support →
24×7 helpdesk, proactive monitoring, Service Delivery Manager per client and end-to-end support from day-one deployment through ongoing operations.
Cyber security →
Layered defence — endpoint EDR, SIEM, SOAR, firewall management, identity security, Microsoft 365 hardening and governance — built around hospitality operational realities.
Cloud & Microsoft 365 →
Migrations, identity management, Conditional Access, Copilot rollout, SharePoint and hybrid cloud strategy for hospitality groups.
New-build & consultancy →
RIBA-stage technology consultancy, IT roadmaps, vendor selection, vCIO services and M&A due diligence for hotels and hospitality developers.
Disaster recovery →
Veeam-powered BaaS and DRaaS, immutable backups, Microsoft 365 backup and tested recovery — not backup that's never been verified.
How we work
One partner across the full technology lifecycle.
End-to-end delivery
From architectural-stage consultancy through procurement, deployment, configuration and 24×7 support — under one relationship rather than fragmented across suppliers.
50+ engineers across UK, India, EU and US
A combination of onsite UK engineering, 24×7 remote support and specialist technical depth — scaled to what the property genuinely needs.
Service Delivery Manager per client
Every managed client has a named SDM — one point of accountability for strategic review, escalation and operational continuity.
Honest engineering advice
We tell clients what we would not deploy, not just what we would. The recommendation follows the operational fit, not the vendor margin.
Geographic reach
UK-headquartered, EU-active, globally supported.
Our UK HQ is in Hounslow, London. Remote support and engineering teams operate across the UK, India, US and EU — providing 24×7 coverage without the cost structure of a purely UK-based team. Primary client work runs across the UK and EU, with selective project work in the US and Middle East via partners.
Our ethos
End-to-end. GDPR-compliant. ISO-aligned.
We support projects from conception through to handover and beyond — with GDPR-compliant data handling and ISO-aligned operational practices embedded into delivery rather than treated as a compliance checklist.
We do not oversell certification. Our practices are ISO-aligned; formal certification is being established progressively under the Pacific Infotech Group Ltd entity. What matters operationally is how data is handled, how incidents are managed and how delivery is structured — not the badge on a PDF.
Want to understand what’s actually happening inside your hospitality technology estate?
A senior hospitality engineer visits the property, reviews the infrastructure, and gives you an honest written view of where the risks and opportunities sit — no obligation, no slide deck.
